I used different computer in my house and it worked fine (it did say I lost connection to the game once however) but it won't work on my personal computer.

Same thing here, worked fine then suddenly not. It works totally fine on one computer but wont on this one. He has Windows 8 but I'm on Windows 7 so maybe thats an issue? help!

Try going to chrome://plugins and allowing the ROBLOX plugin to run. If this doesn't work, try completely uninstalling ALL of the ROBLOX files through the control panel. Deleting it from the desktop won't remove everything.

What do you think I did? I have tried everything. And the worst part is, is that no matter what I seem to try, Roblox just won't play for me at all! It's killing me! Why won't the admins do something about this?! I also sent an e-mail to Roblox support, and they better not just e-mail me back the damn FAQ!

Same thing here. Running windows XP on my desktop, windows 7 on my laptop, tried it from chrome and firefox, restarted my computer, deleted EVERYTHING/completely uninstalled it, restarted again, redownloaded, restarted, still nothing. Messages don't load, games don't open. I have 4 gb of RAM on both desktop and laptop. Neither works. If anyone has anything else worth trying, please post it.

Alright, my input here. Now, there's this thing called a VPN (Virtual Private Network). For a while now, I have not been able to join a game without having one VPN on. Had the same problem as in the OP.

Make sure you have installed Roblox already on your computer. If it's already installed and still doesn't work, make sure you have reinstalled Roblox, DO NOT uninstall Roblox, as it may cause problems with other applications, simply just reinstal it without uninstalling it. If that's not the case, be sure you have Roblox installed on your downloaded or documents folder. If you have Windows XP or Windows Vista, Roblox may not work for older versions of Windows as it is outdated. Windows 8 and 8.1 seems to work perfectly. Windows 10 is about to come out in November I believe if I am not mistaken, and Windows XP and Vista may no longer work for Roblox anymore as Windows 10 will be released. So... If none of the above works, tough luck. Best to wait out for at least a week for this to be fixed.

Yeah. It seems that many other people have this problem like me, where you aren't able to view your messages nor play any games. And Roblox Group Enhancer by Merely is also broken, to the point where you have to disable it to view your groups. I have no doubt that this was caused by the update of the new loading screen two days ago, because that's when it all started for me. I have to say though, that new loading screen made going into games a whole lot faster. Too bad that it broke Roblox for nearly half of the userbase.

I think it's a chrome problem? It's not your router either. AND reinstalling Roblox WON'T help. No one has suggested this yet, but if you are so desperate to play, give SUPER CRAPPY Internet Explorer a try it might work.
