i have windows 8 and when im using roblox sttudio, it says that i need to download roblox player and i had already dont that.... i tried deleting both studio and player and redownloading it but it still has the same problem

Roblox Isn't joining games, I re-installed it.. It didn't work. It says requesting a server and then loads all these things and it doesn't load the game. I also can't see my messages... Can someone PLEASE help me ^-^ cx

Kuas, I sent Roblox an email about this, and they said that deleting your Temporary Internet files might help. For Windows 7 and Windows Vista: If you have Windows 7 or Windows Vista then Temporary Internet Files are in these locations (note that they can be on another drive instead of drive C): C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\ C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\ Please note that you will have to change the settings of Windows Explorer to show all kinds of files (including the protected system files) in order to access these folders. I will see if this works later today when I get home.

Your not alone, I have Windows 8.1 and when I was going on YouTube and stuff like that everything was working but everytime I try to connect to a game it tells me "Failed to connect to game (ID:17)" it started happening to me when I tried to play roblox today, its weird, just hope ROBLOX fixes this problem
