If a Major wishes to apply to have his or her name considered for being placed in the main division elections this month (so you can run for becoming the next RSF high-rank), they should fill out the following questions with detail and impeccable grammar.
*******Please label the start of each answer with the number of the question you are answering.******** All Majors wishing to be considered should post their responses back on this thread, and make sure they are in their proper RSF uniform.
Good luck to all our Majors!

[1] Do you believe the ‘ends justify the means?’ Use any example to prove or disprove your response. Yes, I do believe the ends justify the means. Wrong actions are sometimes necessary to achieve good outcomes. Actions can only be considered right or wrong by the outcome of the situation.
[2] You’ve been raiding an enemy of RSF for 45 minutes. The flag has been going back and forth since the raid begun. What do you do in this situation? I have been in this situation multiple times before. Just continue to re-capture the flag and hold it for as long as you can, and even if the other team does capture it back and it keeps going back and forth, just stay persistent and the enemies will eventually flee.
[3] An RSF member asks you for a promotion during training. How should you respond? If an RSF member asked me for a promotion during a training, this is how I would respond: “What rank are you?” (He/she answers) “Well, if you do well and stay for the whole training, you will have a good chance of getting promoted. Also, try patrolling Arvore II often.”
[4] You feel you’re being disrespected by another high-rank. How do you go about solving this problem? First, I’d talk to the high-rank directly about how I’m feeling about him/her disrespecting me. If he is stubborn or continues to disrespect me, I will get a higher rank involved.
[5] Do you believe it is ‘better’ to be feared or loved, as a high-rank in a clan? Explain fully, why you feel the way you do. I feel it is better to be “loved” in a war clan. I learned this from personal experience; No one will listen to you if they don’t like you. Also, this is a kid’s game. Kid’s shouldn’t be afraid of you.
[6] You feel you deserve to be promoted. Do you ask? How do you ask? What do you feel is the best thing to do in this situation? Give reasoning to support your conclusions. There have been multiple occasions where I felt that I deserved to be promoted in a training or raid, but didn’t get promoted. But, I don’t think you should confront the high-rank about it. It’s their event, they choose who gets promoted. Next time you go to a training, prove that you do deserve to be promoted.
[7] You have a suggestion you feel will help RSF. You consult a higher rank, and your ideas get ‘shot down.’ What should you do? If that happened to me, I would make a Google Document explaining the idea, then send it to all the high-ranks and see what they think about it.
[8] Generally- why do you want to become a high-rank in RSF? Why did you choose RSF in particular? I want to become a high-rank in RSF because RSF was the first group I ever joined on Roblox. I joined Roblox on November 27, 2010. A Couple of weeks after I joined Roblox, one of my best friends told me that he joined a war group. I decided to join it. The leader was LSW and it took me a while to get use to the clan life. I want to become a high-rank in RSF because I have so many memories in it and RSF is where I met many of my greatest friends.
[9] What do you hope to accomplish in RSF long-term and short-term?
I hope to accomplish lots in RSF. I’ve noticed that many RSF members do not like gunfighting/RCL. When someone hosts a gun fighting training, near 8 people come. When a sword fight training is hosted, there’s double that. I want to get RSF members use to the fact that gun fighting is just as important as sword fighting. I also want to increase the amount of members we get to trainings.
[10] Explain an ideal way to control a noisy crowd. What do you say to maintain order, and keep the server under control? Explain the process, step by step, with various possible situations. If you’re hosting a training, fro example, and everyone is chatting away, they more than likely won’t listen to you if you say “Quiet” normally. Instead, you must show the members that you are in charge and use the commands :m or :sm, and maybe even kick a few people that are still talking to get everyone to see that you’re not kidding around.

[1] Yes, I believe so, and an example of this, is, I trained by butt off for Sharks tryouts, and passing, was worth all my work combined. So, yes, 'the end justifies the means'.
[2] I would rally all of the members, and charge it all at once, then, we'd get the flag, and station a bunch of men at the flag. I'd say 95% at the flag, if possible, because it's usually never 100%, people die on the way, and sometimes stray from the leader, in disobedience.
[3] I would respond, no, you can't have it yet, but you can have it when I deem you worthy, do your best. If you think you deserved it, tell me why. Then, I would either give him the promotion, or not.
[4] I would tell a higher rank, probably Gege. I've already told valiant, but the person who had been disrespecting me hadn't been a lower rank than valiant anymore. I always tell Valiant, sometimes floriax. But I would definitely go to gege if it really upset me. Gege and I would resolve it from there, since she's my closest admiral friend, my only, actually, I believe, unless someone got promoted.
[5] Unlike most others, I believe it's better to be feared, than loved. Most HR's don't agree with me, but I think that helping RSF to the fullest extent, by any way possible, I would do. But certainly, I know, I need to be strict, I haven't seen one of these in ages, but I know, I will switch off, I don't want "haters", but I need to help RSF's maturity. HR's and LR's, alike. HR's, I can't enforce my rules, but like I said, it's on their own reputation to be immature.
[6] If I feel like I should be promoted, I actually don't ask, unless someone forgot a promotion, and it hadn't traveled through PM's right, or, if I did EXTREMELY amazing, like 22-0 KDRs in everything, and completely mature, then I'd ask. I never ask for promotions, because the HR's know better than me about what I deserve and what I don't, I'll just ask why was I not, and if they change their mind, great, if they don't, I learned something new to improve on.
[7] I might try again, but I wouldn't constantly bug them about it, since they have a bunch of work on their hands anyway. I would just ask, why not? What is wrong about it? Why is it not good for RSF? etc, but I would learn, why not, and what's wrong, and why it's not good for RSF, which would be learning. All HR's still have something to learn, which is why I love asking questions. Of course, sometimes it gets VERY annoying to some people, for example fruitbox and Disav0w from FEAR. I forgot to say sorry to him, so, here it is, SORRY FRUITBOX!
[8] I want to become an HR in RSF so I can help others, and I also want to have fun, I don't really like the groups where the LR's are inactive, which I've seen all too many times before. I chose RSF, since RSF accepted me, they greeted me, they loved me. But I also had conflict with others, but that didn't matter, I still loved RSF more than anything, me, my brother, and my sister. My sister got Colonel, but resigned, just a few days ago, I believe. Her name was blackstarnova. I sincerely chose RSF due to it accepting me so much, making me feel at home, I felt like this was the right clan, I really loved it from the bottom of my heart ever since I joined.
[9] I hope to accomplish, maturity throughout, fun, throughout, and also, I want to accomplish a GREAT reputation. I want our clan to prosper with members, wins, and absolute perfection for a clan, which I believe is achievable if people work with me, towards my goal, to make RSF the clan I always dreamed of, it's literally almost there. I might just be the final push to it.
[10] I would keep a noisy crowd under control with a suddenly strict system for the next 5 minutes, which would be, no talking except for permission, or be kicked. I would draw a line under my ':m Silence'. Of course I'd explain the strict system in the rules, like, 'If you misbehave, I will insert this system of automatic kick if you speak out of turn.' Possibly it's HR's speaking, I'd speak to them saying, please be a rolemodel for our LR's, it is necessary for our clan, so please. Stop speaking. Possibly it's an exploiter, I'd shut the event down. Those are 3 various situations, as I can't really think of more, at the moment.
Goodbye, this is my Pre-Election answers.
Sincerely,

[1] Yes I believe that. For example what is the point in trying so hard to get in a football team. If you are not allowed to play football. I believe that what I do as as a high rank in RSF will be worthwhile.
[2] I tell the troops not to give in. I rally them at the spawn and then we all charge. They would not be able to stop everyone alone. Only by uniting together would we win. They cannot defeat us in groups. Safety in numbers.
[3] I would respond by asking them what rank they are. If it turns out to be recruit I tell them to do the obby. If they are not for example a middle rank. I would respond with something along the lines of you nead to earn it. You should be setting examples for low ranks. Begging is not setting a good example.
[4] I tell an admiral or above about the situation. If I can't find them I will tell the leader of RSF. Preferably the overseer of high ranks.
[5] I believe it is better to be loved as a high in the group. My reason is more people would want to come to my trainings and raids as they would feel I am kind. However, if I was feared people would not want to come to my events. They would probably be scared of getting demoted or told of for the slightest reason. Also you would get more people trying to act bad and tough. So they look cool. If you are kind people are most likely to well behaved back. They would not feel like you are an oppressor.
[6] You ask the high rank how they find you have done. You must not ask them outright for a promotion. That would turn them off. You should ask the high rank if they have any tips for you. Always finish with a thank you. You should seriously contemplate have you done above all expectations in everything before asking. Because maybe next time they will be willing to promote you. When asking you should be as polite as possible and state all the outstanding things that you have done. I think the best thing to do is wait it out. The high rank might be testing you in patience. If you rush them they would probably say no. They may be keeping an eye on you. Possibly to recruit you into a division. So you should not really ask. You may ruin it for yourself.
[7] You should seek the advice of other high ranks and see their views. You should also ask that high rank for a detailed reason of their decision. You may find the leader and ask them their reasons. If the leader and his high command disagree you should take no for an answer.
[8] I want to become a high rank in RSF since I have generally liked it and want to see it improve. I also have been told by many members in RSF I should become a high rank in RSF. I do not want to let them down. Also I have seen many of my friends rise to the position of high rank. But I have stayed the same rank. If they can do it then so will I. I chose RSF because it was the first group that took me in. Because I was new, lots of groups would reject me. But RSF did not I felt wanted since they accepted me.
[9]I want to repay RSF for what they have taught me. I want to teach the new generation of soldiers how to fight especially gun fight since that is becoming more popular. This is my short term goal. My long goal is to introduce tactics to RSF. To many times have we just charged head long with out any strategy. Charging into defeat. As the best in my game workshop area I wish to introduce such amazing tactics to RSF. This would greatly improve our group status.
[10] [TRAIN] First of all I would tell everyone to be silent twice. If they carry on talking I say silence and include talking = kick/ban. That should make them silent. However if they carry on I begin to kick and ban people. Showing the others I am serious. If they continue I kick and ban till the obedient ones or left then I carry on with them.
[RAID] In a raid I would say team chat only. Anyone I find talking excessively I will warn. If they do not heed the warning it will be a demotion. Since they are putting the raid in danger. |

I am very honoured to make this post, as it will include a lot of text about why this is one of the stupidest HRA's. You brought back a system that would encourage your Majors to copy others, this will also encourage od'ing because most of your high ranks do it. Shame on you. However, You pushed for this and you got it. The lame system is bad and will bring back favouritism and bribery. No wonder you are very rich..
I would also like to mention how you like to get pictures of your majors, Another idiotic system which is utter bs. Good Day to you to!

[1] Yes I honestly do, so say I believe I want to become a HR in RSF, I'm putting my effort into these questions, if I still don't get accepted to become a HR then there was a reasoning to this outcome, possibly I didn't answer these questions to the best ability that I could.
[2] First before we decided to raid them I would want to know what the raid time was. But assuming that it might be an hour for the raid time, I'd tell everyone to rally up at the spawn and charge them all at once, if that worked and we continued to hold it then we might actually win the raid, if we lost it again then it might most likely be a draw.~More reasoning~ If no one holds the flag
continuously, then you can obviously tell that the raid is a draw. Mostly since 45 minutes have already gone by, which most terminal/flag status's are that you have to hold it for about 10-15 minutes, and if in this matter, we both keep taking it for about a minute each, then it will most likely be a draw.
[3] Since it's during a training, I would politely ask them to hold that question till the end of the training, then at the end of the training when i hand out the promotions, if they didn't try their hardest and put effort into what they did, then they most likely won't get one, then they'll ask "Can I have a promotion" And i'll ask them "Why do you feel that you should get a promotion" and if they don't give me a valid reason then they won't get one, but if they do and I agree with it, (Actually tried hard during the training/put effort) then I'll consider giving them a promotion since they rightfully earned it,
[4] Assuming he/she is disrespecting me at a RSF place I would politely ask them to bring it to PM's, if the disrespecting was happening in the PM's I would ask them what I did for them to disrespect me, and if they continue to direspect me I'll remind them that every RSF member needs to be respected, (treat others the way you'd want to be treated) IF they still continue, I'd probably bring it to a Higher rank than the person who was disrespecting me.
[5] Honestly it could be both, if you are loved then people will think that you're not that strict and that they can get away with anything, but being loved isn't a bad thing as well, meaning that they like you as a HR and feel you host/do things in a good manner. Now being feared could also be good or bad. Being feared in a good way is that they trainees will know that you will be strict and will treat you with respect, they'll know not to mess with you or to get on your nerves. Now the bad thing about being feared is that if you're feared and they know that you're a strict HR, some of them might be afraid to go to your training because of the way you handle things, causing them to fear you.
[6] First of all I'd probably wait till the end of the training to ask,(once the HR is giving out promotions), then after all of them are given out, I'd ask them politely on why I didn't get/earn a promotion and what I could do better next time to try to earn one.
[7] I'd probably bring the suggestions to other HR's. One HR's opinion shouldn't be enough for something I strongly believe in. I would also consult with a HR that was higher than him, and if other disagree then I'd probably ask Fruitbox, whatever he says goes. So if he rejects it, then I'm fine with it.
[8] I honestly have been in this group before, because a friend recommended it to me, but I had to leave for group space, but I recently joined back again and I honestly love it. I love the different divisions (sharks, swordfish, etc) and I would love to teach whatever I know to the trainees/LR's. And as I stated before, the reason I chose RSF is first, i've always wanted to be in a gun/sword group and I found a really good one (RSF) and it would just be great to be a HR to teach what I know about guns/swords/leadership/respect/etc to others as well.
[9] Honestly I'd settle with being a HR (Colonel) for a while, host training, keep RSF active and such. But If i really wanted to I might want to maybe help out with a Elite divison like swordfish or just keep being as active as a can and hope to become a Higher rank someday.
[10] So the first possible situation:Aka Nice way
1. First off I would tell them to use PTS to speak (permission to speak), if they speak outside of it then it would result in a kick.
2. If more than one person was talking outside of PTS I would :m Silence, failure to use PTS will result in a kick.
3. If I got too many PTS's and it was holding up the training, then I would disable PTS and tell them that they could TC but not speak outloud unless it was IMPORTANT (use PTS for the important one but say "PTS, important.")
4. After that if they still kept talking out loud I would continue to kick, if even more kept talking then I would eventually crash, then ban.
Second situation: Harsh way
1. I would :m Everyone be quiet or you will be kicked, you are allowed to TC, use it. PTS is allowed ONLY if it is IMPORTANT.
2. If someone would still continue to talk outside of TC/PTS then they will be kicked.
3. If more people talked out of PTS/TC then it will result in a crash, then eventually a ban.
4. Lastly if anymore talking/disrespect was shown, demotion will be considered and possible taken into affect.
||If there is any typos it's mostly because my "D" key isn't working that well, sorry. And best luck to all of the other Majors!!||

[1] Do you believe the ‘ends justify the means?’ Use any example to prove or disprove your response. I believe that the ends do justify the means seldomly. The reason that I support this opinion is because the ends aren't always the idea that you are trying to accomplish. However, sometimes I think the ends do justify the means, but It doesnt justify the means commonly in my opinion.
[2] You’ve been raiding an enemy of RSF for 45 minutes. The flag has been going back and forth since the raid begun. What do you do in this situation? I would gather the raiding team and establish a plan. Teamwork is very vital in a raid like that.
[3] An RSF member asks you for a promotion during training. How should you respond? If it is in the middle of a training, I would say "Wait until the end of this training." If He/She asks after the training, and He/She did not get a promotion, I would then encourage them to keep trying and do well.
[4] You feel you’re being disrespected by another high-rank. How do you go about solving this problem? What I would do is ask them kindly to stop, and If they continue to act like that I would Inform a Higher Rank of what happened.
[5] Do you believe it is ‘better’ to be feared or loved, as a high-rank in a clan? Explain fully, why you feel the way you do. In my opinion, I believe it is better to be loved. I choose this because If you are loved, you will get more RSF members at events, and they will respect you as I will respect them. If I was feared then other RSF members may not act how they would If I was loved or pleasent to be around.
[6] You feel you deserve to be promoted. Do you ask? How do you ask? What do you feel is the best thing to do in this situation? Give reasoning to support your conclusions. I normally wouldn't ask to be promoted. The host of the event gets to decide. If I was told I would get one and did not, I would remind the High Rank who said I would get one, but I would not bug them.
[7] You have a suggestion you feel will help RSF. You consult a higher rank, and your ideas get ‘shot down.’ What should you do? I will maybe ask RSF in general and see what they think about it, or I will test the idea with other members to see what the outcome would be.
[8] Generally- why do you want to become a high-rank in RSF? Why did you choose RSF in particular? I want to become a High Rank in RSF because I think RSF has nice members, and I have been motivated to get the rank of a Colonel+ by other High Ranks, as I like to lead. I chose RSF because I came from EL, and heard about RSF so I figured that I would try it out. I did, and I love RSF.
[9] What do you hope to accomplish in RSF long-term and short-term? In long-term, I hope to accomplish becoming friends with most RSF members, and earning each other's respect. In short-term, I hope to become a High Rank in RSF, and help lead it.
[10] Explain an ideal way to control a noisy crowd. What do you say to maintain order, and keep the server under control? Explain the process, step by step, with various possible situations. If a crowd of people at a rally, training, or any other RSF event get to noisy and I have admin, I will ask them to quiet down using a strict message. If they would continue to do so, I will ask the noisiest people individually to sit down or stand in line. If It contineus to happen constantly, I would use lethal admin. If it happens again I may remove them from the server. If It is a joint-event, and a member from another group is acting up, I will inform a High Rank of that group for permission to punish that member or just inform them of who is acting up.

[1] Do you believe the ‘ends justify the means?’ Use any example to prove or disprove your response. I believe the 'end justifys the means' because even if a wrong action is made, it will not be wrong until the outcome of the situation. For example, even if an HR kicks everyone out of an event, it will not be considered wrong if the RSF members were immensely noisy, immature, and flaming at the Host and/or the Co-Host.
[2] You’ve been raiding an enemy of RSF for 45 minutes. The flag has been going back and forth since the raid begun. What do you do in this situation? In this situation, I will continue to raid and hold the flag as long as possible. I would set some troops near the flag to kill the defenders who want to re-capture the flag. Eventually, these troops will get shot down every time they attempt to capture the flag. The flag will then be held until RSF wins the raid.
[3] An RSF member asks you for a promotion during training. How should you respond? I will tell the member that if he asks for a promotion, he will not get it. This will tell the member that he cannot just ask for a promotion and receive it, he has to EARN it.
[4] You feel you’re being disrespected by another high-rank. How do you go about solving this problem? If I'm being disrespect by another HR I will first try to solve it out with him/her. If he/she continues to disrespect me, I will tell a Lieutenant General or higher, most likely Gege9876543210 or TrophyWinner24.
[5] Do you believe it is ‘better’ to be feared or loved, as a high-rank in a clan? Explain fully, why you feel the way you do. I believe it is better to be loved. This is because if you are feared, no one will listen to you or consider your suggestions.
[6] You feel you deserve to be promoted. Do you ask? How do you ask? What do you feel is the best thing to do in this situation? Give reasoning to support your conclusions. Even if I feel I deserve a promotion, I will not argue. I know that my high-rank is superior to me, and that they can create the correct decisions.
[7] You have a suggestion you feel will help RSF. You consult a higher rank, and your ideas get ‘shot down.’ What should you do? I will try to reason with the HR, on why my idea could help RSF. I will do so, until the HR either uses my idea or reasons with me on why my idea will not be helpful.
[8] Generally- why do you want to become a high-rank in RSF? Why did you choose RSF in particular? I want to become a high-rank in RSF because I feel that I can help RSF grow. I want to train troops and continue my RSF career successfully. When I joined RSF, I was a F.E.A.R Major. I decided to join RSF just to get the experience of being active in two clans.I achieved Captain in one week, and then achieved Major two days later. My activity had all been poured into RSF. I had REALLY begun to like RSF, with all of it's helpful and nice members.
[9] What do you hope to accomplish in RSF long-term and short-term?
I hope to accomplish many things in the ROBLOX Special Forces. One is activity. I have noticed that RSF's activity is not very high. I hope to boost this by hosting more events. Since there's not lots of events, RSF members either leave or decide to fall inactive. I've also noticed that many times Fort Arvore barely has any people in it. Another is maturity and stirctness. Since events are often not very strict, members-even High Ranks-act immature. In one case, an RSF Member goes right in front of everybody and begins doing a /e command. All the HR does is say "..."
[10] Explain an ideal way to control a noisy crowd. What do you say to maintain order, and keep the server under control? Explain the process, step by step, with various possible situations.
