Okay, This will probably be a TL;DR but I'll try to make it quick.
Basically, Roblox has a serious problem with it's "creative" community. Not enough players are actually focusing on what Roblox is all about, Building, Developing, Creating what you want. The "majority" of roblox players spend most of their time on Roblox playing games, most of them nothing to do with building or being creative. Role play, Gamemodes, etc. Now if you look at Minecraft and other sandbox games, almost every player has built some sort of project, which came out successfully and was used. Most players are more concerned with hats, how they look, the friends they make and the games they play, and most of them know almost nothing about scripting or building. Now, I've seen ALOT of developers, just sitting there in the dark, with their indie creations, while all the developers that make it to the front page get the fame and glory. I'm one of those developers. I don't really have "all the money in the world" to make my games get up there, and I'm focusing more on singleplayer gamemodes than anything. What I'm trying to say here, is that *Roblox Isn't focused enough on developers*. They are focused on whats cool and hip, what everyone is playing and what everyone is talking about. and these games stay on the front page, and they get old.
What I'm trying to say is, Roblox should be helping some developers get known. What if that developer doesn't have the funds to fund his game to get it known out there? And the costs nowadays for affective advertising is well over 1k tix.
That is why I came up with this idea;
Developer Spotlight.
Each Month, Roblox will find one of these small-time developers and put them on the spotlight, like how Steam does with Greenlight. They'll feature and review one of his/her's completed games and do some kind of pow-wow, and feature it on the blog or a livestream. This would bring out the creative minds in roblox and influence others to start building their own games. This could change the roblox community in a whole. I have a lot of faith in roblox and I want to see this community recover. You want to know why people missed old Roblox? People were actually focused on building and creativity than "Role play in Town of Robloxia".
Come on, we can do this.

It makes me mad when I spend months on a game and a copy of "Welcome to the town of Robloxia" gets on the front page and my game doesn't get any visits SUPPORT :D!

They review developers who are already successful. They don't go beyond that.
Think of it like how Steam does GreenLight. Most games wouldn't be as popular as they were now if Steam hadn't put it on GreenLight. Such as FNAF, Goat Simulator, etc. Roblox needs to help nurture their community, not just stand and watch from a distance
