If your Currency is $ , then go to the bank or try a different Cr3d1t Card (Sorry for the 3 - e and 1 - i , it didn't let me post ) If you will keep having the same problem , contact ROBLOX

The bank is declining the transaction from going through Call your bank and see what's up (It could be that they are waiting for a response for fraud prevention)
