Get Windirstat, open it as Adminsitrator. Windirstat shows all your files for your hard drive, and puts the ones with the most memory at top. There is usually a file on your account that records everything you do, and that usually is the cause of most of the hard drive space taken up. Delete that and the computer should go a bit faster. Also you could update your drivers, and make them faster.
