In the UK it varies between where you live. In towns everyone skates but when you move further out to like the villages, then everyone is civilised and have high standards. Then the villages get older and party but don't impregnate everyone because they know whats right and whats wrong

Their development is on an entirely different level from yours, additionally, humans acquire knowledge from their environment.
