They already do religious things like Christmas, so why not have a roblox pride day?
Where roblox could show support for people and let people express themselves, no matter their preference or gender identity. And there could be lots of rainbow related things and in general lots of acceptance. |

yeah, I was thinking like how Halloween has a place and hats for sale that it would be something like that. Like with the place it could be that robloxians could design floats and there could be a giant parade, only inside that server though, like with real life pride parades. And then the best ones could be shown off and win prizes. |

I do not support because I dont believe ROBLOX is the place for the pride day. This is a childrens website and that would be uncomfortable for some people.
Plus, people would just discriminate against that community more. |

Well it is also uncomfortable for there being a bunch of straight oders everywhere, and I think this would be a positive thing.
Like it could teach lots of robloxians that there's nothing wrong for liking the same gender. And there is lots of name calling in this particular area and doing this could show at roblox fully supports pride so then some people might stop seeing they could get banned. And for people who don't get acceptance irl, they could get it here. c: |

They don't celebrate Christmas.
They celebrate the Holiday season.
They do Christmas like gifts because gifts are more pagan, so is easter egg hunts. They don't correlate to the Bible, Quaran, or any religious book. |

I do not think you can say that all of the members who represent themselves in that community dont celebrate Christmas or are non religous.

They don't call it Easter or Christmas, but everyone knows what they mean, and even so they are still religious things even if they don't hold that value as much anymore. But I do see your point of how they have become less religious things, but I still think roblox pride should happen. |

I'm not talking about the community. I'm talking about how ROBLOX staff represent the holidays.
They don't celebrate Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, or Easter to the community, they celebrate them as a whole holiday month, (except Easter, it get's it's own month(s)) They don't establish a religion either. |

Straight relationships are always shown in media and a relationship between two people of the same gender is not any different.

This is Roblox, a game aimed mostly at Children and Teenagers. It is not the media.
Roblox does not aim at a specific personal view to make an event, so this will never happen.
They will not make a pride event based on attraction within a community. And that is exactly what it is.
I think we should stop discussing this. |
