How bout as a ref trying to break up a scuffle, we don't grab players by the back of their helmets expecting them to not react.

as yahoo said, kuechly was being dragged by a packers player who was being dragged by a panthers player people were pulling him a lot, so when the ref did the same, he was obviously quite frustrated a penalty is okay, but an ejection makes no sense to me, as the ref was asking for it
