1.Deleted Accounts Should Be Reactivated After A Certain Time Period. Like A Year Maybe Because Why Say If You Want To Reactivate Your Account just send a Email To [email protected] If That Doesn't Even Work?
2.If They Do Reactivate A Deleted Account They Should Clear The Ban History To Give The User A Fresh Start To Start Over Instead Of Them Making A New Account And Spending More Money Even Though Thats All They Want.

There is a difference between Deleted Accounts and Locked Accounts.
Deleted Accounts gets all their data deleted from the servers, and therefore is unrecoverable. that means you cannot get your account "reactivated".
Locked Accounts get their accounts banned forever, but their data is not deleted from the servers, and therefore is recoverable. But for this you have send an appeal to [email protected]
Anyway, you won't get your account unlocked unless you provide them a very good reason.
Usually, your account get locked/deleted when you commited major offenses. To prevent you from ever reproducing them, they forever ban you from Roblox. That is why, even after centuries, they won't unlock your account.

First thing: Your wrong about deleted accounts.
Roblox would NEVER delete 1 MB from their data since their servers are huge, roblox keeps every single piece of KB and if they dont need them they probably put them into a external server.
They wouldn't be deleted from everything.
And there aren't any locked up accounts, if you are terminated you are terminated final stop. You are allowed to report to the admins if you should appeal with a VALID reason. |

Get your facts right. Major offenses will result in a deleted account, even if it's 1 megabyte or not. They do this so people with server-related knowledge cannot "revive" their accounts with specially crafted PHP/ASP.NET scripts, even if it sounds impossible.
Minor offenses will result in a locked up account. This is because the Roblox staff thinks they are not "capable" enough to "revive" their accounts. Furthermore, in case of [whatever good reason here to revive your account], they can simply remove the lock. Easy.
And this, will cause controversy. |

I got my account deleted. You can only appeal in 2 weeks. And thats for a reason. They delete it afterwards. If your ban says "Account deleted" its deleted.
