That was a clear PI. Smith held the Cincy CB for like 3 seconds. "if i find out that razor teeth has been making fun of me, i'll turn him into cat food and lots of it"

it would have been called the other way if the Bengals CB did that. There's no reason to not call OPI if it would be defensive PI if the CB did the same thing. "if i find out that razor teeth has been making fun of me, i'll turn him into cat food and lots of it"
