point 1- level system
the level system poises a unfair advantage specifically to the raider team because, most raiders wont have put in as much time as the WIJs. Also allowing WIJ to have better weapons than the raiders. And just the idea of not everyone having the same weapon is unfair.
point 2- map design
med kits/bubbles are blaintenly spread out in favor of WIJ. As-well as this, the gate gives a HUGE advantage of cover to WIJ when raiders are advancing on the fort. Literally any nobhead with any weapon can easily pick off 1-2 people just by using the gate. |

first lets define what I mean by balanced. By balanced I mean being able to give the defending team a decent advantage, without making the game either too hard or too easy for the raiders to conquer depending on who is there. My personal belief is that WIJ excels at making their bases balanced in such a way that it's fun (not too hard, not too slow).
Also if we were talking about Cerulean then this entire argument wouldn't even be happening.
Anyway, to continue.
"Point 1- level system"
to examine whether or not this is a issue of balance we first have to conclude how much having a higher level actually helps. The starter guns have great accuracy and can actually match up with pretty much all the higher guns when used correctly. In all honesty, I believe the maximum benefit levels can get you ends when you get SUF. None of the guns above that really help too much. Getting SUF only takes about 5-6 raids, give or take, and if you don't RQ like a loser. (Also levels dont automatically get you the guns, you have to get kills as well. So if you don't die, they don't get their OP guns in the first place. there ya go)
Point 2 - map design
You say that the bubbles are organized in a way that benefits WIJ. Yes, the truth is that they do. BUT only when they are advanced forward near the raider spawn. Consider them kind of like a middle ground that is good to hold. If the raiders advance to the gate, all those large bubbles that WIJ used can easily be used by the raiders against WIJ instead.

In this you're implying that the raiders have less skill than the WIJian doing the shooting. Considering the raiders get a balcony that is the same height as the gate, they can easily return fire, wallshooting or not, while using cover. If you use something I like to call "basic tactics" they can give at least some cover fire while other raiders move up to stack or shoot the garage door. |

First off, you really are. You're flaming the one group that can be considered a contemporary of VAK, yet when you yourself raided you not only lost in a 5v11, but you went something on the lines of 8-39. And it wasn't because our base was OP. Groups like RAA, Sorticule Forces, and even RAT have won in far worse situations for them(ranging from 8v8s to a full on 10v6, which RAA pulled off earlier in the summer).
The leveling system is useless if you don't have the skill to get the kills for the good guns in the first place. And even then, its more based on skill than the actual guns. If you suck with a Y14, you'll still suck with an AT, SUF, or R87.
The bubble system is only OP if WIJ is camping the raider spawn. And even then you have two easily accessed health packs. When the reactor is armed, WIJ only has one easily accessed bubble pack in the backyard area. Raiders have three.

Literally any nobhead with any weapon can easily pick off 1-2 people just by using the gate." ==> yes the med kids are totally unfair with the 2 in our base and 2 in your base (that you raiders always run back to and camp). i can say that orbs are kinda unfair. raiders could just as easily spawntrap us if they wanted to.
