What happened to the in game wardrobe update?

Along time ago on a blog post, Roblox posted a post about and in-game wardrobe feature and it looked really cool. However they have yet to release the thing an I (an probably many others) have been around 2 years waiting for this feature! I want it so badly, it makes RP ten times cooler because you can add bandages to your ROBLOXian when he/she gets hurt in a role-play!
