Question with game layouts

If I made one main game and did the whole teleport to different things inside the game, would the teleports have to be on my profile? Example, joining a game and then finding a teleport that brings you to another creation of theirs, will all the games that you got teleported to need to be shown on a profile.

Nope, they don't have to be active. As long as they're part of the game's universe, you'll be fine.
