As a Warlord, I have seen several problems with several of the newer HRs and even the more experienced ones. These problems I have seen in trainings include, but are not limited to: 1. Lack of purpose/no lesson(Did your trainees learn anything?) 2. Insufficient control over the trainees(Are the trainees acting like wild animals or are they under control?) 3. Insufficient knowledge of commands especially in newer High Ranks(Are you having trouble performing admin commands?) I can admit that I have some of these problems too, especially that first one, which I will change. To reduce these problems, I will propose the following reforms. 1. The creation of a HRA written test(I would like to draft it)in order to progress towards HR. A HRA student must get 90% of the questions correct to pass(subject to change). 2. Regardless of the method an MR is promoted to a High Rank, a NCO is required shortly after earning HR in order to remain one. If you have any other suggestions, reply to this post with one. No...Honestly, you: 1. Hardly ever host 2. Talk about things but never do them yourself 3. Don't even follow these rules in your trainings nor enforce them 4. If you want to talk about others, please fix how you handle trainings.

There is a test. Called stage 5, review. There's NCOs BEFORE someone becomes a HR so it's best just to leave it afterward. Admiral is technically a test-HR rank. You don't even know the holo commands. Bad forum, bad post. Don't reply.

"A NCO is required shortly after earning HR in order to remain one." Hmm...maybe the HRs will not have time to do so, so why have this suggestion when they will most likely host a training before you can even give them a NCO? The HR Academy is what is for people to get HR with, I know you mentioned it though. I am just gonna say not I do not agree with these ideas. -Drackyvian
