As a Warlord, I have seen several problems with several of the newer HRs and even the more experienced ones.
These problems I have seen in trainings include, but are not limited to:
1. Lack of purpose/no lesson(Did your trainees learn anything?)
2. Insufficient control over the trainees(Are the trainees acting like wild animals or are they under control?)
3. Insufficient knowledge of commands especially in newer High Ranks(Are you having trouble performing admin commands?)
I can admit that I have some of these problems too, especially that first one, which I will change. To reduce these problems, I will propose the following reforms.
1. The creation of a HRA written test(I would like to draft it)in order to progress towards HR. A HRA student must get 90% of the questions correct to pass(subject to change).
2. Regardless of the method an MR is promoted to a High Rank, a NCO is required shortly after earning HR in order to remain one.
