In the Clan world, and the Ro-Sport world, what is a major problem is a lack of contracts, so people decide not to do what they agreed to (not sticking to terms of war, quitting leagues etc.) This system would allow people to use contracts with other people for different things. Example of what me asking a player to sign a contract stating he will play for my team would be like: MewStar13 has asked you to sign this contract! Accept or decline at the bottom. I (Bob), agree to sign for the Slough Jets, for 3 months and agree that if I quit the team or join a rival team, I may be liable to financial penalty of up to 3,000 robux. (This might be a bit extreme, but individual contracts would have different values). If bob feels that I am not letting him play etc or just holding onto him and not playing/trading him, he can appeal to let him leave, to a board of volunteers, who will decide whenever he can leave, or if he must stay. Applications: - Clan wars (Terms of War) - Ro-Sports signing players - Ro-Sports joining leagues (it is a REAL pain when people quit after losing ONE game) - Job contracts

In that case, don't sign the contract....

"In that case, don't sign the contract...." then no one will sign the contracts, and it becomes just a way for group leaders to make themselves feel like they're important when they're not and then why should roblox spend time making this feature?

Ro-Sports leagues. People always pull teams out mid season in smaller leagues, stuffing em.

"Clan wars (Terms of War)" There are two groups fighting. The defenders say :ban raiders, they add it as a win and the war is over, "Ro-Sports signing players" "Ro-Sports" Please tell me this isn't real... But either way, no. No one is going to hang around to click and play WASD. "Ro-Sports joining leagues (it is a REAL pain when people quit after losing ONE game)" Probably they're kids who aren't going to play and nor can they pay the fee for quitting Expect that please "Job contracts" People can leave when they wish.

By 'jobs' I mean paying people to make stuff.

"By 'jobs' I mean paying people to make stuff." They're not real jobs. They're pretend jobs. I think you're forgetting that the purpose of games is to have fun, not to be paid or have someone enforcing power over you.

You don't understand it from the ro-sports view. From a typical gamer/trader's view, it may not be needed, but for ro-sports it is vital.

No support. You should be able to leave a goup without needing to pay, even if contract. IRL just scrap the contract, say it isn't valid because got broken, don't pay and leave - so should be on roblox. And 3K ROBUX is just too much, i sense f r a u d (spaced because gordon does not like these sort of words, afaik) nathan15051, add 1.5k posts

@MewStar Just make it like this. Do this for X time and you will get X money. If you stop doing it you will be paid for how much you worked, and you won't need to pay anything else. nathan15051, add 1.5k posts

That was a metaphor Just click a button to make the contract not valid. Done. No more expenses, on both sides. nathan15051, add 1.5k posts

In ro-sports, we don't typically pay people. However, in ro-sports LEAGUES, we need teams to at LEAST finish the season, or we have to continue without them, which is hard.

The idea is, that you can be penalized for not following the terms of the contract.

The thing is, ROBLOX is supposed to be a fun gaming site, not a serious business full of contracts. If you want contracts get off this site and get a job.

Kids would sign those things without thinking and get in problems easily. No support.
