I can't play roblox now because it keeps telling me to download roblox when I have! I've done everything like try a different browser, re start my laptop and redownload and It still keeps telling me to download roblox! |

OK, using Google Chrome, when you press play, next to the star to the right of the URL a icon appears, press it and allow pop up/program access.
Then, close Chrome, re-open and play.
It should work.

Tip: use internet explorer and download it there |

unless you still have roblox in your download folder and you never ran it... |

If it gives you the option to save as then save as, or you just need to open "Roblox Player" |

i cant play roblox anymore! D: it says to download roblox and its already downloaded! im mad it used to let me play games but i cant! please fix this problem! i hate roblox website if you can fix it! either fix it or GET THE BOOT!! |

Same here I have uninstalled roblox and installed it again and it still wont work, also I went to google chrome and internet explorer.
Can someone tell me another way how to fix it? |

Same here.
It seems to only show me step 4 for no discernible reason.
The oddest part was that it worked not long ago. A half hour or so ago. |
