Open it, select the area, press record. Its not overly hard, if it doesnt work, check the manual on the website. Id assume tehre would be one there...

i used to use gamecam and i got confused with it i set the seetings and i forget them :P what i would say is download "Super Screen Capture" it is very easy to use i use it alot for putting videos on youtube good luck
