Are video advertisements available to nonBC's?

So I would like to add an video advertisment to my place. However I am not a Builders Club, so I was wondering if it is possible to do that. And if so, how?

You can't make a video advertisement in roblox.

I think he means a video thumbnail. If you did, then I think so, but I'm not 100% accurate.

Uhm I guess that's it. I read an article about mobile video advertisements, being able to earn 2 Robux per view. I'd like to know if I can do this in my place, if so, how?

NBCs can add video thumbnails to places, but it costs a lot. so unless your game is famous, I wouldn't spend the investment.
