"I both agree and disagree," Agent James replies. "I think of it as progress. I don't know about the realm you're from, but in this world having the bigger guns means the best chance to avert disaster. Of course, I think we went a little bit overboard. I wasn't there when it happened, I had to report to the CIA of our immediate success in a meeting room inside the city, but it was only an hour before the full fifty we had enforcing control on Pride lost it and were slaughtered." |

"Tried to play with a gun too big." Arael stated blandly, still waiting for a point to be made. |

"Exactly. Not only did we summon a master with his armies and his friend's as well, but all of our subjects except you were parts of Wrath's and Pride's armies. Meaning that they have undying loyalty to that Pantheon member. Which is why you're here. I'm afraid that summoning a silver is too difficult, but one demon wanted, one silver needed. I don't care what you have to do now, Azrael. But I want Pride banished from this realm. I don't care if you only banish him, so long as he's banished."
So, he sent you to stop a Pantheon demon by yourself?
"Well, if you'll excuse me now, Azrael. I have to make good on my part of the bargain, and then get on that plane."
He hands you a phone with one button.
"Press that button, and the CIA will be able to provide anything you need at the soonest possible time." |

Azrael nodded, slipping it into his duster. |

"Very well. Have a good hunt, Azrael."
With that he walks off towards the plane. One last chance to kill him, but you doubt the CIA will be sending you the gifts he promised if you end him. |

Azrael paused as he walked away, staring at the Agent. Eyes flickering to where his gun was hidden, he flicked them back at him. Azrael stopped, turning away and stalking off to complete his mission. |

As you leave the airport, you see two men in suits look at you. One approaches.
"I saw you with Agent James. Are you Azrael? I've been given orders to help you integrate into society. It'll be hard for you if you lack a base of operations, or an identity that won't draw unwanted attention." |

Azrael glared at the two, but nodded nonetheless, his knowledge of this time lacking. |

"Good. Your name is not Azrael. Only demons call you that. On every piece of paper you have difficulties writing your name, Andrew Carry. You are one step above illiterate, you enjoy football, and collecting guns. As well as," he coughs, "'midnight strolls'. You will be staying in a house in a small closed off collection of houses called Derby's Park on the edge of L.A.. Here are your keys. Any questions?" |

"I will not be speaking to any one. Weaponry and supplies." Azrael replied slowly, switching his gaze from agent to agent, "That is what I need. Not this." |

"I'm afraid, Azrael, that that is impossible in this society," the agent says smiling, before he and his friends move on. He turns around to you for a moment, "Oh, and there's a taxi cab for a man name Andrew Carry. It goes to his house, I believe." |

He keeps on walking. A taxi moves up front.
"Hey! Are you a Mr. Andrew Carry?" |

Azrael nodded slowly after a moment of staring at the driver. |

"Get in the back. I haven't got all day." |

Azrael, or 'Andrew', climbed into the back at a mediocre pace. |

"So," the driver asks, "New to town?" |

'Andrew' nodded, gazing out the window at his surroundings momentarily. |

The taxi stops at a house. It seems simple enough. A sandstone colored exterior with a dark red roof. |

Azrael climbed out the taxi, heading towards the building. |

The door seems to be made of fine wood. In front of it are some keys, with a kind of happy card that reads "For Mr. Andrew Bartholomew Carry, this resident's new owner!"
So they even gave you a middle name? |
