Amendment I to the Constitution

No citizen shall be denied their right to Speak Freely, Practice Freely, Produce Freely, Meet Freely, Protest Freely, or Petition Freely.
Exceptions as defined, but not limited to: Provokes, Encourages, and/or Calls for the breaking of law, to do Harm, to break Peace and Balance, Disturb the Public Eye, and so forth.
This applies to Public Places. The use of Administrative Powers on Politically neutral groups, Speaking on Public Forums (including the Group Walls), and other places in where the public are NOT obliged to follow Constitutional Law do NOT apply this Amendment.
