Recently installed ROBLOX; can never connect to games.

I installed ROBLOX on my laptop that is only a bit over a month old. Games take minutes to load, and usually I lose connection before it happens. I re-installed and still have the same issue. Another user in my household has the same type of computer and uses the same internet, but is able to load and play games without any impedance. Any suggestions?

same with me, I don't know what the problem is, but its been annoying me for a fw months, roblox is my fave web, but now that I can't use it I been really frustrated
