What if you couldn't build, know how to script and other things and you REALLY wanted it back? |

Couldn't someone create a script model that says that it is the code for something, like in game currency for something and charge 100 ROBUX but the script is actually just empty? I mean the way to fix that would be to let the buyer to use a demo of it. But I don't know if that is a good idea or not. |

But you can still make a neat place with free models D; I am a firm believer in the newbies of roblox. I believe anything is perfectly acceptable as long as credit is given and they have permission from the model creators. :D |

That's the point, they give no credit whatsoever the the original creator, so instead of them getting famous of of YOUR models, we make them pay so that way if they DO happen to give you no credit they still payed for the model so its all good. Like paying to trademark a word or something

Adding to that, you cannot copy anything from the scripts to keep from overall copying; granted, you can just type it up, but its a hell of a lot of work just to copy one item that will, no doubt, be pointed out.

If you mean through the long process of making a free model, having somebody trade or buy a gamepass/clothing piece of yours, then I really don't give a crap. This will make it a hundred times easier, and it won't have to be specific to one person.

Eh, there would still be the old free models, but yes, all the new, better ones he wouldn't be able to obtain.

This doesn't pertain to the idea at hand. Model makers don't just want their name put in the description, it wouldn't mean squat anyway besides a bit of pride at knowing their item is in a game. I'm talking about a reward for building models.

People have covered that. Plenty of ideas, but the most popular is a sort of "demo studio". One that will allow you to look at the model, children, possibly even scripts(more like pictures of scripts, to keep from copy and pasting), and then there would be the fact of being able to test said item.

How so?
If you really can put a virus in a model or script, and its set to take your account, then it really doesn't make a difference whether you paid for it or not, you still lose everything.
