This is not a joke. He's apparently linked with two teams in Finland, one of them being in the country's 3rd tier of professional hockey. His son Petteri, 41, is a Finland national team legend like his dad, and is the current captain of TPS, which is the team Timo played for from 1964 to 1987 as well as one game in 1994.

Good for him. Must really love the game of hockey. And if he train like an Olympian he might be able to produce to a certain extent for a 3rd tier team

When asked if he was going to be able to actually play, he was quoted as saying: "The players have already told me that they're going to help me, damn it. They know that I go to the rink five times in a week and that I'm in great shape."
