I love how they don't include in the title that it was a BB gun that looked like an actual gun /ebola queen/

"Uh oh, it's a 12 year old with a gun, better shoot him at first sight there is so reasoning with him."

That is why you don't bring a fake gun to a playground, and don't try to fight the PD with a fake gun.

well if you see anyone pointing a gun at you, you kind of have a reason to shoot them.

@Vicious Police are trained to protect themselves. If he pulled off the orange cap and pointed it at the police, they have a right to feel threatened and shoot him. They never know if he was put up to the task by parents.

I mean it would've been bad if it was a 4 or 5 year old shot because they have no common sense but common dude a 12 year old points a fake gun that looks like a gun at a cop, What you expect?

@Hexx Once again, if police believe themselves and their surroundings are threatened, they have the right to shoot.

"to bad there isnt a weapon that could like maybe shock the kid to where he drops the gun or something." He still could've shot someone if it was an actual gun. Just because he gets tazed doesn't mean he'll drop the gun. /ebola queen/
