Police are trained to protect themselves. If he pulled off the orange cap and pointed it at the police, they have a right to feel threatened and shoot him. They never know if he was put up to the task by parents. |

I mean it would've been bad if it was a 4 or 5 year old shot because they have no common sense but common dude a 12 year old points a fake gun that looks like a gun at a cop, What you expect? |
