[1] Introduction
I’m writing this letter to congress to approve of a new and very important agency!
[2] Defense Threat Reduction Agency DIRECTORS
-Hello my name is Futruecool and I’m a soon to be SAIC in the DTRA. The DTRA stands for Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The director of the agency is iara56 and the deputy director is bubcreatorofroblox1.
[3] DTRA's Purpose
The Defense Threat Reduction Agency is an agency within the United States Department of Defense and is the official Combat Support Agency for countering weapons of mass destruction. DTRA's main functions are threat reduction, threat control, combat support, and technology development.
[4] How we benefit the US and the citizen’s safety
I have noticed a huge increase in terrorism throughout the United States in all of its cities! DTRA has a huge role protecting citizen’s safety with guns. We manage people with heavy weaponry! Citizens that are unlicensed and have a heavy weapon such as an: LMG, Sub Machine gun and any other guns that aren't a pistols is affecting the US citizen’s safety!
[4] POSSIBLE New Rules
We were thinking of a rule that manages certain peoples gun prohibits. All citizens aren't allowed to carry a heavy firearm such as in LMG or an assault rifle without a gun license. Selling guns and giving it to people is affecting the lives of people around the person with that firearm. So we were thinking of a law that doesn't allow all citizens to have that kind of weaponry without permission and proper training of self defense from DTRA themselves. This is just a suggestion, not the real deal.
[5] Prohibits we need to do our job
Of course we need proper tools to do our job. Since we are supporting agencies and doing technology improvements, we will need your permission. The current USA building and scripting developers will be asked to join our agency. If they deny, we will find our own developers. If we don't have that prohibit, we will only upgrade our own technology that doesn't affect the USA in any way.
[6] What we have witnessed at LV
One day, me and my team of DTRA members were trying to earn some reputation and let the public know of us. So we went to Las Vagas ( Me, Iara56, and HyperMadSkillz) We got a car and started driving. As we were exciting the car dealership, a truck went by with a girl screaming out of it. We suspected it was kidnap so we tailed the vehicle. They parked and spotted us 1 minute later. We simply wanted to talk to them but as soon as we exited our vehicle, they all had assault rifles and an LMG. They blasted us and we died quickly. We couldn't save that girl! As you can see those weapons only cause trouble. All people need to protect themselves is a secondary and maybe a pocket knife. They had military like guns! We only bought M9s so we were at a huge disadvantage. As soon as we respawned they came back and started shooting everyone. Lots of other citizens had their own guns and they were assault rifles and lots of LMGs, so they fought back and soon started killing other people that weren't even involved in the gun fight. It was horrible what me sand my team witnessed! Their was no law enforcement or any SWAT their at the moment to break it up and apprehend the criminals! So the DTRA makes an oath to protect the citizens and stop these huge gun fights, and quickly!
[7] Info on technology development
DTRA is also a technology development helping and upgrading the tech of our allied agencies which are, Dept Homeland Security, Dept Veteran Affairs, Federal Bureau Of Investigation, US Marine Corps, and US Navy. If we can, we will provide tech upgrades and development. [NOTICE] This is just what we think we can manage. Their is still a huge chance we cant accomplish the Technology Development, but still a chance we can also.
[Conclusion]
In conclusion, DTRA should be approved because it will stop these huge gang and gun fights and keep the weapons of mass destruction suppressed under our authority.

As the former DWHCoS, a US Senator, the Head of UN Development, a DSS Advisor, a DLA Trainer, an FBI Spec Ops Agent, a Peacekeeping Commander, a current Executive Official of INR, and a current Federal Judge I congratulate you guys. You have really put in a lot of effort and I would personally hire any of you as my secretary if given the chance. You are all extremely hardworking, but with that being said I personally cannot endorse this agency as a great idea. Being a veteran in this USA I have seen agencies come and go, this really isn't a long term installment. In real life the United States has hundreds of agencies due to our shear mass and workload. This is a game, we honestly don't need hundreds of agencies, we just need ones that serve a compact useful purpose. Now, I am not saying that this agency wouldn't greatly help DC, LV, and NYC for months, maybe even a year. What I am saying, is that this agency will not last, sadly it doesn't have the "position" to last, it will be overtaken by agencies like FBI, USMS, CIA, etc. The agencies everyone knows about which are power houses, it would slowly become obsolete. This isn't intended as "hate" just as an opinion.
