so i got daft punk's random access memories
i try to put it on itunes
for some reason it says that the artist is "Various Artists"
so i delete it and try again
it makes five damn copies of the album with different songs and continuously says "LOL WE CANNOT FIND THE COVER 4 THIS !!!!! :333333"
so i delete every single copy and try again
it does the same exact thing so i delete it again
then i can't put on the first five songs of the album because they were already on itunes and it didn't detect that i had deleted the songs
so i had to eject the cd, put it back in, and then it saw that "NOPE THESE SONGS ARE NO LONGER ON HERE LOL!!!!!"
so i had to change the album artist setting for EVERY SINGLE SONG to "daft punk"
and FINALLY it worked |

I'm not really sure what you're doing
you click and drag the folder with the audio files onto the itunes window and it will add them with the correct metadata
the album artist is listed as "Various Artists" because that's what's in the metadata you numbskull
do you even know how any of this works?

at least with windows media player you can simply import the cd and it doesn't make a million copies of the same album and you don't have to import it to some dumb folder

look, I legitimately can't imagine what you must have messed up to start making copies of the album on accident, but it's pretty obvious that the cause of the problem is somewhere between the chair and the monitor.
