This can occur for numerous reasons, It doesn't necessarily indicate a medical issue. Did you consume a "massive" amount of fluid?

"pretty sure everyone else calls that "drowning". "Water-Intoxication" refers to a lethal chemical imbalance resulting from excessive hydration. The individual isn't necessarily "Drowning", the person's body is just simply unable to balance the various chemical components from the massive quantity of water and organs such as the "Brain" begin to experience loss of functionality. The "Lungs" themselves may not actually be immediately involved.
