"To qualify for DevEx, you need to meet the following requirements:
- You must belong to Outrageous Builders Club. CHECK
- You must have a verified email address. CHECK
- You must have a valid PayPal account. CHECK
- Your account must be in good standing and must abide by our terms of service." CHECK?
Alright, so to use DevEx, you are required to abide by the ToS, which I have done. I've read over the entire ToS, and I can say that I have followed everything stated in it. Yet, I do have moderation history, including one case of Scamming back in 2012(No idea what it was about). I was likely reposting one of those "Post this to get [INSERT ITEM HERE]" things(I wasn't too bright back then). Anywho, I was wondering if this would affect my capability of using DevEx. I plan on using Roblox's engine to make games, but I don't know if it's worth the effort if I won't be able to make money from my work. I heard from a user that you need a "sqeaky clean" moderation history to apply for DevEx, so are my chances ruined? I suppose I could make an alt and upload my games there, but I'd much rather have them on my main account to be proud of. Please respond with any info, it would be a great help!

You can't talk about moderation history, or anything having to do with moderation action taken on your account in the forums...
You should contact [email protected] about this issue.

I've taken it up with [email protected], they were no help. They obviously skimmed over my message and gave me a pasted message about reading the ToS. I'm sure there will be no trouble about talking about a 2 year-old moderation strike, and all I'm asking for is some answers.
Thank you for your concerns, but I think I'm just fine.

Well, realize that Customer Service only has so much that they can do, try to do [email protected] because this has something to do with moderation action.
They are helping as much as they can, even if they deny your request.
They are just doing their job, when they ask for feedback, give your opinion, in a kind way.... And eventually that feedback may take into action ^_^ |

You think they're gonna wipe this post off if they know quality games will be made? NO! They will likely encourage it. |

So I finally got a decent answer from them.
They wrote:
"Thanks for writing in to us. You're actually allowed to have a moderation history, we're more focused on how exactly you got the funds. If you got them via legitimate means you should be good. Feel free to review this article for more information: "

It's not, but they sure do like to skim through your question as fast as possible and copy and paste half the answers and links as much as they can. |

Means have a legit not free modeled game. |

You guys realize this is a bumped thread from 11/26/2014 right? lol

[email protected] isn't automated...
You just got to wait 24 hours to get a response.
My account was recently hacked, and I got it back with there help. |

Roblox said on some website (I forgot which) that moderation history won't automatically make you illegible for DevEx. |

No it means you aren't getting banned all the time for serious offends.
You have to of gotten the funds legitimately, no scamming like those "join this game for 100 robux" games. No exploting, etc...
