Threads locked to certian users

What if you could have threads exclusive to people with certian achievements? I am thinking of some things like: Owning a certian item only Being in a division of a group only Post count based only Playing certian games only Currency based only and of course... Builder's Club only sooo Aww, but I wanted to be the Zora race!
