In regards to the Sleet Clan HICOM reform plan.
As a lot of you had read in my previous "Reform Plans" thread I had HICOM listed as the first reform plan, with that being said I also consider it the most important. After having talks with Minister Seviro on how we should approach this we have came to the decision of a functional act to hereby fix the HICOM that has been in this clan since practically the start of Rivalize's era.
There will be a rank established called "Decommissioned", this rank will consist of the inactive members currently roaming around in the Officer Core. This will encourage the inactive high-ranks to get more active and if they exceed in this program they will earn the rank of Trial Warlord (YOU WILL NOT EARN YOUR PREVIOUS RANK IF PLACED HERE). If they fail to do so they will be demoted to Crusader (lowest MR rank) and will then have to go through he MR process to gain high-rank once again.

Furthermore, another plan Seviro had brought to my attention to bring new blood onto the HICOM team was to issue out HR applications which you will be given Trial Warlord and will be able to prove yourself as either a deserving high-rank or not worthy. This idea is still in the process and will be seen again in future endeavors.

Yeah I am, that's for sure. But since SF doesn't raid anymore and we aren't at war so I have so much down time. But uniforms kinda take up time too. So idk. I may apply. |
