Many people feel upset about the color that was 'given' to them, and really want to change it
I know the feeling because I also have a color I dislike. I actually like any color except yellow. I had yellow as my previous name, and after I changed my name guess what I got. Just take a guess what color I got
So yeah, let people change their chat color ingame to express themselves better |

Actually, CurzonDax is right for once in his life. This IS scriptable. All you need is to add a custom chat GUI in your game. Suddenly, you can change players' chat colors (Only in that game of course)!

I support. But then roblox would make the feature BC only or set the robux price so high to make other NBCers raig and quit and roblox won't care, only 1/10 percent of their profits actually go to maintaining the server.
Otherwise I fully support the idea. Even though I don't care about my character having pink, I would like some new color to freshen my chat. |

2011= Yellow
2012-Blue

I think this feature should be free since it doesn't affect other users unlike name change ("sniping" a name so others can't get it by changing your username)
But if anything, it should be l00R$ maximum.
Major support though. I think the reason why ROBLOX hasn't already enabled this is because the chat colors work off of RBG colors, whereas if this gets enabled, it would be much easier to use 64 brickcolors instead. It would be nice to have both actually, but what if you choose a brickcolor then want to go back, but your color isn't one of the 64? You're screwed xD. That's the only issue though.

Actually, the code that decides your chat color is based on the organization of the letters in your username, not the year you joined. It's a really complex piece of code just to set chat color.

Support, and allow me to suggest something that may sound radical to some of you:
We should be able to change it to ANY color on the color grid. I mean, why not? Why should our ingame usernames be limited to the few? |
