allow hats to be custom colored

okay, by this i mean that we can make any hat any color on our profile. i mean, what if you get bighead or biggerhead, but you dont want it to be yellow or red? then you could make it pink or blue or something. or you could change the red roblox cap to a magenta roblox cap. basically, i think it would be cool if we could make our hats any color we want, rather than having to make retextures that only work in specific games. *ba-dum-tss*

1. make a retexture that people really like 2. post it to the hat suggestion thread 3. get a ton of sales and favorites it might get uploaded no guarantee that it'll work, but in all honesty ROBLOX will never add this suggestion.
