I don't want to put myself through anything ridiculous, so just counting calories and doing some exercise to start off with I'm making a myfitnesspal and it says I can eat 1900 cal/daily and still lose weight, should I?

Doing sit-ups is good, because most of your fat is stored in that area. Also, for trying to stay low on calories, it's more of how much you eat rather than what you eat. [Error 404: File "Siggy" not found]

@PricyLogan Sit-ups focus on ONE muscle. Try other exercises. Like push-ups. They focus on you tricep and bicep

Actually miranda he's right I'm averaging 1900 calories a day which i can easily lose weight at, and i decreased that to 1500 Hopefully I'll hold out and by new years be 30 pounds lighter (a pound a day is easily possible at the weight i'm at)

dont like eat under the normal calories like an anorexic eat the normal calories but like add veggies and stuff also make a workout plan then there u go
