Your face shape looks square/oblong to me.
You have a masculine face and quite a strong jawline, judging by your picture.
That being said, I personally think that a tight, short haircut looks great and would actually enhance your facial features – it all depends on whether you want your face or hair to be the main attraction.
I would strongly advise not to style the hair in a center parting or with a heavy fringe, though.
Jake Gyllenhaal's haircut would be perfect for you in my honest opinion.

Really appreciate the advice, and also a thank you for telling me that was Jake Gyllenhaal I was using, I honestly didn't know, heh. I could never get my face shape down, either, but I can definitely see what you mean.
It's been half a year since I've gotten short hair and I still have friends/family getting use to it, haha. |
