Don't activate tools/hopperbins when pressing on a GUI button

It's quite annoying that I will shoot bullets every time I press a GUI button. Please remove it ^^.

Every gear is brought in game when testing, thats annoying.. :Q

1. wait till all the gears have loaded 2. unselect the selected one. 3. if you got more than 10 tools, click the game 1st button so it wont show your gear...
