Can Manning break another record before he retires?

It would be another of Favre's; The all-time passing yards record. Currently it's 71,838 yards and Manning has 68,701 as of this upcoming week. Earlier this season it was reported that he'd likely play one more season but who knows if he'll go for another after that but it's without a doubt by the end of the season he'll be closing in on roughly 70,000 yards.

If he plays another year and stays healthy he's pretty much guaranteed to break it. So he's averaging 311 yards passing per game this year after 12 games. 311 yards per game at 16 games would give him 4983 yards. That would bump his career total to 69,947 yards. At his current pace he'd break the record around week 6 or 7 next year
