Ok so when i go on Roblox and i want to edit my place so i click edit and it opens up a new place!!one without even a Baseplate i think the reason is because even on the place that was just created i look like a guest so i simply just have to log in right? WRONG it says im logged into bdog7171 and i already tried log out log back in and uninstall and reinstall and all that stuff so if anyone has a solution please tell me I REALLY WANT TO EDIT MY PLACE!!

I'm having the same problem with roblox studio but here are some things that you can might try that could fix yours. go into develop and press edit on one of your games, then sign out of roblox and roblox studio, then on the place you opened try signing in on there then try editing the game again. If you are on windows then press start and type in proxy and press configure proxy server, find LAN settings and click on it there should be boxes that are checked, unchecked them. Try uninstalling and re-installing roblox, press start and look for control panel, look under programs and you should see uninstall a program click on it and uninstall every roblox program then re-install all of them. If non of these works then try emailing roblox at [email protected] or go to there support website en.help.roblox.com. |

Try making sure you're logged into the Studio. In the past, I've gotten confused because I was logged into ROBLOX.com and not ROBLOX Studio. Also, try playing the game in standard mode or in Build mode. If it shows up the same, there might have been an error in the saving system. If not, you may want to try re-updating your place to the latest update version. Maybe, it's as simple at in edit mode, you're either zoomed out or the camera's far away. Try turning your render distance all the way up and moving a bit.

Here the problem we are having, it would say welcome (Insert your name here) on roblox.com and in studio but roblox doesn't recognize that we are already signed in. So it would make a new place (doesn't replace out games). But every time when we save it, it will make force us to make it to a roblox file. Every time we try publishing the game file it would say that we need to sign in to do that action. But when we go into develop and try editing one of our games there would be NOTHING in there, just a black explore and blue sky's. And I tried going into one of my games in build mode and it was just a black screen. |

Joestar, don't worry you didn't lose anything in your games. But I'm going to try emailing roblox tonight and see if they can give us any information. But what I think that made our roblox studio broken was the international server shutdown roblox did to the website a month ago because, ever since roblox did the international server shutdown my roblox studio has been acting up on me. |

@Maku; It doesn't recognise that you're logged onto ROBLOX.com becuase you have to log into the studio directly. |

i had the Same problem 2 weeks Ago.. but i fixed it.
Step 1 - Go to Start Menu Type in RUN Push Enter type in %LOCALAPPDATA%/Roblox
and Push Ok.
Step 2 - The the File named "Versions" name it VersionsBackup
Step 3 - Restart your PC and go to ROBLOX Studio and it should work. |
