I have a problem with loading screen.

when I want to play a game the loading screen appears but it says instances:787 and bricks:0 and it stays like that for every time I try to play a game. Please help me!

1. If it takes too long to connect to a game, including downloading its parts, your client will be disconnected by the server. If you have very slow internet, this can happen. 2. If you're running a firewall or anti-virus, disable it completely and see if it helps. It could be blocking ROBLOX traffic.

Awww 2nd step didn't work I also checked my internet it's fine and it's fast I don't know how to fix it the loading screen the only thing it shows is instances:787 bricks:0 but it doesn't show the Roblox sign when loading pls help!!
