My Brethren, scions of Vaktovia - heed the call of your Emperor! Throughout our 2nd Cycle we have subjugated many species across many planets and systems.. However, it is apparent the pace of our march is insufficient of the cattle that have yet to be slaughtered. We have focused our might singularly on those we have deemed worthy of our attention, now it is time to cull far greater numbers. Our thirst for blood must be quenched; our hunger for war must be satisfied! And so, we begin our first Vaktovian Conquest in earnest, on the prey that I shall now list: - Vortex Security (VS) - ROBLOX Special Forces (RSF) - The First Encounter Assault Recon (FEAR) - Electro Legion (EL) - Combat Assault Team (CAT) To these peoples, I say this: We shall give you a chance to meet with us to discuss the terms of your extermination, the details of which are included below. Use this time to make whatever rituals are necessary for your species. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The initial terms of this war are as follows: 1). The war shall begin on Sunday the 21st of December at 9PM GMT, and end on the 1st of February unless one of the following conditions are met before that time: ___(VAK Victory), Vaktovia achieves 15 victories against each faction included in this declaration. ___(VAK Defeat). Opposing forces achieve 50 victories against Vaktovia. [[If neither of these conditions are met within the given time-frame, the side with the greater number of total victories shall win]] 2). Allies shall be allowed to take part in this war ONLY as a defensive force, only the factions declared war on may raid Vaktovia for the duration of the war. However upon posting of this document, no allies shall be added to either side. Factions considered official allies that may take part are shown here: /a/LbJQJ 3). In order to maintain legitimacy of raids, ban scripts shall be added to all bases to only allow entrance to official participants of the war, including allies. 4). Upon posting of this document, neither side may update the official base(s) without inspection and approval from the enemy leader and/or representative of the leader in question. 5). Defence wins do not count towards the war score. 6). For each raid win to count towards the war score, at least one High Rank of the attacking side *must* be present in the proof of the win (VAK Captain, VS Colonel, RSF Colonel, FEAR Officer, EL Officer, CAT Officer). If a raid is irreparably exploited, it may not be counted as a victory. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In order to officially be included within this Conquest, each faction must send up to 3 representatives to negotiate terms with Vaktovian leaders on Saturday the 20th of December, at 9PM GMT. The location of this meeting shall be announced within the coming week. For each faction that does not officially agree to partake shall result in Vaktovia's score requirement against the excluded faction being reduced from 15 to 8. Take note that as with our war against WIJ, we shall include all prior listed faction as our targets regardless of which are/are not officially agreeing to the Conquest. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Let this be the start of another glorious chapter in the history of this Cycle.
