I was a Colonel, but resigned due to inactivity, and was given Captain. Lilly gave me the rank of Colonel, as Advisors have "Colonels" and Lilly made me hers. Lilly is nice, but IMO not the best leader. I was autopromoted. The High Ranks are all pretty active. They host and come to trainings. Trainings are the worst. I hated having to host. 4 people on average and 75% would be a Captain plus. They are in a state of major problems. A October Halloween costume contest got more than 3 trainings combined. If Sword were to get the group, he'd have hefty job. I was last a Colonel around the end of October.

Fedora, I hosted a little bit, and I was given Colonel for....I'm not quite sure.

I can't remember, Harry I'd also like to the say the HiCom runs mostly smoothly, and activity is the main problem.

The main problem I see is that 1) there is really not a good committed developer who can do both script/build 2) lilly is not that active everything else is OK...
