theres not enough time to do it after you eat you have to do it before _______ wake up at a reasonable time then? it takes like 10 mins max to eat a small breakfast then brush your teeth if you dont have enough time for that in the morning then you clearly need to go to bed earlier and wake up at a reasonable time.
