compressed into greentext >walking out of school >city council van comes flying around the corner at about 50mph >makes a hard right into the school gates, slams the brakes >misses me by about half a meter >reverses out of the school >drives right onto the sidewalk and parks blocking one of the school gates some of the students were shouting at him and he just said "Come back to me when you have a license!" on second thoughts there was an elderly lady screaming when it happened and we probably should have walked to the police station (it's like 3 minutes down the road) and reported him or something but yeah, near death experience number 9

"report the bugger anyway" i really wish i had talked to that old lady about it. i have a couple pictures of him parked on the sidewalk but that can't do much other than make his boss give him a telling off. it was really annoying because he didn't even seem concerned that not only had he almost killed a few high school students but there was a primary/"elementary" school finishing 10 minutes before us and there were still a few little kids crossing the street etc.
