Roblox: Game has shut down bug

I click the join button to any public game It loads normally... and then... GAME HAS SHUT DOWN. in a big red bar at the top of the screen anyone else experiencing this? deleting cookies, deleting the Roblox folder, and reinstalling did NOT help. please assist.

That's to me was happened with dad's computer, but that's was losting connection. Your computer is a not good or something...
