This is my first war since I have become 'HoW' and I want it to be a good one, so.
R.T.D.F hereby declare war on The Clockwork Corporation.
We understand a war with TRA could indeed postpone this war, however; we are willing to wait.
Proposed war terms:
>First faction to 15 raid wins is victorious
>New animations (If not present already)
>Swords only
>If both factions have 13 wins, a final battle will be held. 5 Vs 5.
>Defence wins do not count
>No allies are permitted
>Hour cool down after each raid/defence
>Follow all fort rules
>Highest rank online must be informed of the raid 15 minutes before.
>Highest ranking member of the opposition must have admin to dispose of miscreants on their side only
>Common sense and FairPlay.
>Raids last 90 minutes maximum.
>No one-touch terminals.
Terms are open for changes.
Good luck to both sides.

@unreact, we were negotiating war with them, we did not just declare on C&G, they had agreed in principle, we were aware they have an ongoing war, and we were going to wait until that was over. |
