Two ROOKIE cops, and we don't even know the sizes of the three parties involved. The criminal could have been significantly larger than the cops. |

Even if it is the cops' fault for letting the guy get away, that doesn't unjustify the shooting of a criminal who went back to his car to get a gun to shoot the cops with. |

macral lives in a perfect world and enjoys yammering on about how they could of stopped him and won't look at the bottom line:
when you get pulled over by police and you charge them as soon as you get out of the car
and you fight the police and then run back to your car, to reach for something, you will be shot and it is 100% justified
a stolen loaded .22 caliber handgun was recovered from his car
so he wasn't unarmed and to me if you reach for a gun and are ready to aim it a police officer then the police are allowed to shoot you |
