now that i have got your attention, i have a relationship prob i need advice on a friend of mine just told me "you're one of the reasons i don't cut" (by text) how the hell can i respond to that? We're both girls, and keep in mind that she's sorta 'unstable' (from depression) and i want to respond but i have no idea how. help normies, im terrible at understanding emotions, so help me out here.
