Okay, so, obviously, as almost everyone has noticed by now, people *hate* the new homepage layout, and some know that it's coming to the entire site soon as well.
Well, I have a way to at least sedate some of these haters(Including myself), homepage/site customizing!
Make it so that we can drag certain links to the top, take away some of the top links, drag the homepage pieces around and resize them, everything. Just like ROBLOX Studio, and, who doesn't like ROBLOX Studio? I mean, right?
So, simple update, most everyone will like it since they wouldn't have to complain anymore, and it would just be so neat to drag around everything.
To drag things around, there would be a button, somewhere. Probably in the top-corner next to the tix/R$ and settings button. Maybe even in settings.
Maybe you could even edit the chat/party system! Drag it to the side, like the Windows toolbar, and then open it up and see the names upright, the party thing could be either spread out, upwards, rotated, resized, anything! And for the words, maybe you could set them to either be elongated and normal, or like a column(Example below).

That's been said *way* too many times. It's obvious it'll never happen.
This is the closest thing, and it would also get you a bit used to the layout options of Studio for newbies, and, again, may stop so much complaining.

The only thing I don't like that much about the new home is that I have to go to a different page to see all my best friends. Maybe that sounds lazy, but I prefered being able to see them all at once.

Really, Phelps? That's my least hated thing.
I hate everything being so big,
I can barely see my character,
a lot of Google extensions mess with it(Though I use none, others do),
your feed is at the bottom, so it isn't as easy to notice,
I have a "friends" button for a reason, I don't need that big line there,
the blog links are down below, and just looks weird,
it overall reminds me of Facebook,
it's a waterpage(As in, drops with different things. Like the Games page),
it's another step in ROBLOX's "retro-metro" phase...
And, yeah,
I overall hate it, and it made *nothing* better.
Add this, it'll at least ease the flame, if not stop it and make [almost] everyone happy.

The thing with your character seems to be deliberate. For some reason, they think it's a good idea just to have your character's head show.
