It was a useless stat which could be easily fooled by holding down F5 on your profile using another account. Even if they were to prevent that it would still remain a useless state, purely due to the fact that users could likely get around any IP limitations quite easily.
As someone else has pointed out, it's just a stat that's used to over-inflate user's self worth. |
