When a player agrees to join a team that has recruited him, they may join the team. For the National Collegiate Football League, Recruiting/Signing is allowed the whole regular season and off season. Recruits may NOT be signed during the playoffs unless your team did not make the playoffs.

The National Collegiate Football League, NCFL in short, is a college-based league. Once you are recruited by an NCFL College Team, you cannot leave and join another team unless you are cut, or until after the Championship game. After the championship game, recruits will be allowed to leave the current team they are on if they wish. If a player leaves a team during the season, it will result in a 12 game long suspension. This suspension would carry on into the following season if you leave a team later in the season. If your team did not make the playoffs, the 12 game suspension won't count for those weeks. The 12 game long suspension will only count when your team has a game that week. This means that the bye week does not count toward the 12 weeks either.

{[ NCFL COMBINES/TRYOUTS ]}
Combines and tryouts are events where players who are not on a team can go to prove themselves and get scouted in front of Coaching Staff. Teams may host private combines and tryouts for players who aren't on a team to go and prove themselves and become recruited. The combine or tryout will contain a series of activities and exercises for the players.
NOTE: Tryouts and Combines are held consistently, most often during the off-season and regular season.

{[ AFTER THE OFF-SEASON ]}
If you were not recruited, you will still be given an opportunity the entire season to get onto a team. Teams may have try-outs every now and then to gain more needed players. You may contact a Head Coach or Assistant Coach through a PM or attend one of their try-outs. Try-outs may not be hosted my coaches if their roster limit is full.
